An appointment is not guarantee of immediate service.

Appointment must be made at least 3 hours in advance.

A deposit will be required after 2 no-show/no-call incidents.

We reserve the right to take the next customer if you arrive more than 15 minutes after your appointment time.

WARRANTY POLICY:

We grant a ONE week on our work. No questions asked for the Gel or Dipping services.
